The juice groove on one side presents a convenient environment for various meats and moist ingredients but flip the board and the flat side presents a perfect surface to presents cheese, bread, and other hors d’oeuvres. Natural wood boards allow knives to keep their edge better while withstanding heavy use in any kitchen.

Delice Maple Cutting Board. Terrible quality cutting board. I have had since September. Definitely never in dishwasher, always dried immediately. After use, oiled religiously with walrus oil, and board pieces are separating. Total of six locations where it is separating; 4 on the back and 2 on the front. Terrible quality, and too late to return for a refund. Do not buy this cutting board. It is a waste of your money. This is shipped and sold by Walmart, they should not carry this low quality item!
