Lysol, Disinfectant Spray, Spring Waterfall, 19 oz, Eliminates Odors, Liquid, Packaging May Vary

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my order pickup at the Walmart located at 8040 Independence Pkwy, Plano, TX 75025 (Phone: 972-396-6401). Due to my work schedule, I wasn't able to pick up my items on the scheduled day and instead came the following day. I had received a voicemail from a staff member the night before reminding me to come pick up the items, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived at the pickup station the next day, a male associate in a Walmart uniform approached my car. After I confirmed my name, he began berating me in an unprofessional and hostile tone for not picking up the items the day before. He claimed he had waited two hours after closing and criticized me for not answering his call—at one point even saying, “Why do you even have a phone when you don't answer it?” I found his tone and behavior entirely unacceptable and disrespectful. While I apologized and explained that I was busy with work, he continued to complain rather than simply complete the pickup process. This kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope Walmart management takes this seriously and ensures that employees are trained to interact with customers in a respectful and professional manner—especially when circumstances are out of the customer's control.

I actually did not order this particular scent of disinfectant. When I made my order, I stated no substitution I wanted lemon sent. However, they sent me this one and I was charged. Which I informed Walmart. They were kind enough to refund me and told me to keep it. I stored it away, but one day I needed to use it and I thought why not. I did and to my surprise it add a lite and pleasant aroma. I'm very sensitive to fragrances/scented items but this product surprised me in a good way.
