Eli & Mattie Collapsible Doll Cradle

The cradle arrived with rough edges that require sanding and a black discoloration along one side. Lehman's declined to inspect a possible replacement cradle so we opted to keep this one, sand it and paint it. It took six days to get a specific response to my email, not the 24 to 48 hours promised in the automatically generated form email. We're beyond disappointed with both the lack of quality control by the maker and with the seller. I thought I'd found a great store from which to order gifts for our grandchildren, but clearly I was wrong.
