I have an antigue lamp that I've wanted to use in my den but the plastic casing for the light bulb had broken so it was hard to keep the bulb %26 shade balanced and not fall over. I was worried about ordering because I wasn't sure it would fit but it worked out perfectly. Shipping was fast and item was exactly as described. It was very easy to fix my lamp. I did take the piece off the end of the chain %26 used the piece from my original.

The pull chain is smooth and easy. It replaced one that was hard to pull. Hasn't been installed long enough to attest to quality, but it seems to be well-made. If you're replacing a pull chain switch, I'd recommend this one.
