Landsail LS588 UHP UHP All Season 225/45ZR17 94W XL Passenger Tire

The online store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced they will put you on hold and never pick the phone up again I have had this item returned 4 different times and then received the wrong size tire when it was finally shipped. I am still waiting for my money to be returned and it takes over 10 business days for the return to be processed. They won't give you in-store credit or anything that can be used under that timeframe of the 10 day return. I am still riding around on a spare tire while waiting for them to ship the right size tire. Sam Walton would be absolutely disappointed in the service I have received from the online store. I cannot believe that I might be losing my job because I can't get Walmart to either return my money in a timely manner or just make it right and get me a tire so I can go to work. I pray upper management see this post and a complete review of the process is completed and the system is overhauled and can become integrated and streamlined. I used to love Walmart and their customer service was unmatched but after this experience I will probably not buy anything from Walmart online again.
