Not what I ordered...
I didn't receive Cremo Original Shave Cream. Instead, it was Classic Citrus which is not what I wanted. I didn't return it because it's not worth my time. Perhaps the Original version isn't available anymore and the website was not updated. The low rating is not related to the quality of the product but the fact that I didn't receive the product I ordered.

The website offered the Cremo "original" scent which was what I wanted. My email confirmation pictured the "original" scent and said "original" in text. When it arrived, I received "citrus" scent. I was not happy. My husband only likes the original scent. After doing an internet search, I learned that many people had experienced this same bait and switch, ordering "original" and receiving "citrus". My experience was not unique it seems and it is not a good look for your e-comm business.
