I originally purchased this item with 180 capsules but this hopefully is the same exact thing. Labels say the same thing. After three blood draws all the bad numbers kept going up in 18 months time. These were one of the three changes I made and FINALLY the numbers dropped!!! My doctor was shocked at the tremendous change. I even dropped 17 pounds in the last six months!!! I switched back to Equate psylium sugarfree orange powder because the capsules do not work and started to take my Simvastatin 40 mg at night. I even amazed myself!!! You can bet I will keep this up. Please get the bigger bottle back in stock!!!
