Awesome Customer Service.

This review is mostly for the company's customer service than anything!!!! They are outstanding!!! We got this assembled most the way (just hadn't completed putting on the very top most canopy piece) and had it up maybe a week. All of a sudden we were hit with a freak storm with winds that lasted at most 5-10 minutes taking our gazebo from our back yard to the neighbors front yard. This is not something I would expect a company to help out with. Storm damage is beyond their control when you think about it. But having worked for a manufacturer of a product type product in the past I figured worth touching base and seeing if they could offer any help. They suggested some very reasonable solutions and resolved my issues quickly and kindly. Can't wait to be able to enjoy this product again, and will be looking for their products when I finally get patio furniture. (Another project, another year, another tax return.)

The size is perfect for my patio. It was fairly easy to put together. If I had to I think I could have done it myself with a little creativity, but luckily had help from my nephew. The hardest part is stretching the canvas top over the last corner. Very pleased with product although I just put it up so I can't comment on its durability yet.

Perfect Gazebo at a great price!

I love this gazebo, it is so pretty and looks like it would cost a lot more than it did. It was fairly simple for my husband and I to put it together but still took about 3 hours. We bolted all 6 legs down to our deck and has remained very sturdy. When it gets really windy the top canopy whips around a good bit but I think if they are calling for high winds I may just take that down. Overall I am very happy with this gazebo and how it took an unusable deck and made it into a very beautiful summer oasis. I will not be leaving it up over the winter because I want it to last and I don't feel it's made to withstand harsh winters. I was a little worried about the light color at first but now that it's up it looks very classy. The main reason I went with this one is because we wanted bigger than a 10 x 10 and this was practically the only 10 x 13 that we can find. We are very happy with our purchase.
