Let me start by saying the bed itself is beautiful. Its a beautiful light gray color, a really nice soft linen fabric. I ordered the bed, waited for the shipping info, scheduled my delivery, took the day off for it. Two days before my scheduled delivery these guys show up knocking on the door delivering a box asking for a signature. I was not home so the lady that takes care of my daughter signed for it. The paper said 2 pieces but only one was delivered. Didn't think much of it figured they were shipped differently since i still had a delivery scheduled . The day of the scheduled delivery came and i waited my window and no one showed up. Started calling and figured out they had made a mistake and did the partial delivery the few days before recorded it as done and so my scheduled delivery had been canceled. Spent the entire day on the phone with the delivery company and still nothing happened. Had to wait two more days for them to deliver the missing box. Finally it gets delivered. Again i was at work during this couldn't continue wasting my days on this. I come home to not one but two headboards. Luckily one of them was the correct one. The other some other person is now having a fit because they didn't get their delivery. So my husband and i open the box up start putting everything together and then we get to the headboard and the hardware for it.... the wrong set of hardware was included with the headboard. Overall this has been probably one of the worst experiences i have had with online purchases. Mistakes made on both ends, hayneedle and the delivery company. Not sure if i will be purchasing anything else from here again its just not worth the hassle.
