Advanced Strength
I used the regular strength it was ok, but the I tried the Advanced Strength and was really happy with it. I use just a small amount on my knees and back and with minutes my pain was relieved. Thanks

As an athlete I use both icy hot in bio freeze I really don't find a difference in the two, but it helps me gain confidence on the knee I've had surgery on when it's aching. Really it's just a band-aid and makes you think something's is healing when there's not lol Icy Hot Advanced Cream
