I use this Freshness Guaranteed diced mirepoix blend often and really like it. It's a great shortcut when cooking and saves a lot of prep time. Good Time Saver

So much faster than chopping your own! It's just the right proportions for a single recipe. When I make this myself I end up with leftover vegetables that never get used and it takes ages. My only complaint is that they could be chopped a little bit smaller. If I really need the veggies minced fine I just chop it up some more before throwing it in the pot, but that's still far better than starting from scratch.
