Consumer Beware - Nightmare Experience

Coils could be felt while sitting on the mattress and caused pain. I immediately switched back to my old mattress and took “new set” back to Walmart as instructed. I paid over $700.00 for what was a $300 set at most. The product description and picture was nothing like the product that arrived. The mattress was NOT ten inches as described on the Walmart site. I honestly feel like a victim of bait and switch online retail. Consumer beware. Walmart originally refused to take the return. They said they couldn't take it because it has been unboxed. QUESTION-How was I supposed to know there was a problem if I didn't open the box and the package? Moronic policy! A coach, Josh, came and said he would handle getting it boxed up and returned. Thanks Josh! Without Josh's assistance today, Walmart and Walmart would have lost a customer! I took pictures before I turned it over to the store as proof it was returned clean and in new condition minus being out of the box and the plastic wrap.
