The seeds are highly mucous when combined with water and can be used to improve the wellbeing of your gastrointestinal tract. Organic Whole Psyllium Seeds from Food to Live are suitable for both Keto and Vegan diets. It is often used in diets' friendly low-carb baked goods' recipes.

If you're consuming Psyllium Seeds as is, you must soak them for 6-10 hours before consumption. Take with minimum 250 ml/8oz of water. Please remember that psyllium is highly absorbent.
