Bad Business Practice

This was supposed to be a $120 artifical turf mat with heavy duty non slip backing. It was "on sale" for $60. What arrived is a cheap looking mat that slid all the time and I had a couple of people almost fall when they walked on it. I tried contacting the business. They say they will reply within 48 hours. It has been over a week now with no response. Very disappointed!
