Works great. I switched to this from using a gator and regular ball cap which was very uncomfortable with glasses. The fit is great. I will mention that I normally wear a small/medium fitted hats. The only thing and it's minor is the bill could be a tad bigger but definitely not a deal breaker. I've been wearing it with temps in the 80's and have no issue getting hot.
