I read the reviews and I watch some and it had a good rating but it had a bunch of people saying bad things as well first of all let's address the situation of it does not pick up as much water as it puts out well of course not hello whatever you use it on is going to be wet that's kind of the thing but it's not so wet that it's not going to dry and it does pick up the excess dirt and crapola I had no problems with it whatsoever super simple read the instructions and you know how to do all the rest I mean it is literally that simple. On heavy soiled things that have not been cleaned in a long time it may take three four five times of cleaning to get it totally clean I used it on a rental car that your guess is good as mine, when the last time anybody really truly clean this car and it took four times of cleaning the seat before it totally came clean. But, that's sort of the point it did come clean with this machine. Now, the machine is super simple feel to the lines with water and cleaner I didn't feel it all the way I left a little bit and then I filled with cleaner to the actual water fill line just to make sure it didn't leave from overfilling these are things I've learned on other steam cleaners just because it says that's the fuel line sometimes the machines off when it marks it or whatever don't always fill it up to the fill line go below the fill line just for safety measures and to prevent leaking common Sense people common sense. the attachment are super simple well it only comes with one attachment and it's a button you push to release it and it clicks right in place and it's the big head for the steam cleaner when you take that off then you have the one cleaner which fits in super small crevices to steam clean beside your seat the crevices in your seat it's awesome I would suggest not using hot water but warm water would be fine cold water works as well but warm water works better to help release the dirt. this is a good midsize priced handheld portable steam cleaner for pet messes to clean your car to clean your sofa to clean your favorite chair etc for that matter that it cleans mattresses real well where I spilled a drink and it cleaned that area quite well. and as with most steam cleaners it's going to take 6 to 8 hours to dry you can put a fan on it and help with the drying time but if you're going to do your mattress top I would suggest that you do it before you leave to go away for the weekend or something and give it time to dry. but also keep in mind this is a small portable steam cleaner so it takes a lot more work using this to steam clean a car as using a big one with a handheld attachment I like it because it's portable and I can get to the headliner without a lot of work and moving because this thing is super portable super easy to move doesn't weigh too much.
