Steamable **Microwave 'steam' in bag or stovetop **Cook thoroughly **Stovetop - From Frozen **1. Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Add 1 cup water. **2. Cover and cook over medium heat for 13-16 minutes, stirring occasionally. **3. Stir well and serve. **Microwave - From Frozen **1. Place frozen, unopened bag with the "this side up" indicator facing up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack. **2. Microwave on high for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. **3. Let stand for 1 minute after cooking. Carefully handle bag at corners and remove from microwave with two hands. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir and enjoy! **Caution: **Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time. **Adjust cooking times as needed to reach 160°F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. **Microwave cook times: **Wattage 1200: 4-1/2 minutes **Wattage 1000: 5-1/2 minutes **Wattage 800: 7 minutes **Caution: Steam will be very hot.

Best beans, but expensive.

Love these string beans!! Taste just like fresh picked. Tender with real green bean taste. My only complaint is that I want more. I know it's a steamer bag, but I would like a large bag that's not a steamer. The small bags are expensive and only a one time servings. Also, I love these long beans so much better than the cut type. Taste's so good.

I like this product too much :) I buy them by the bags. They are good to make for snack, meals lunches. I like to steam these with a pat of butter light shake of salt and I can get non veggie eaters to enjoy them. Veggies are good. I like that they are available mostly all the time unless holidays of you wait last minute. Good product good availability.
