Knobs Too Short

New shuttle and soft case that came with ICE HELIX 5 GPS G3 would be a great item to use. Unfortunately the knobs that came with the to the unit to mount on the shuttle are to short and useless. Frustrating the shuttle that came with the ICE HELIX 5 did not have correct parts. Value for this added item in the kit is not worth it. Waiting on Hummingbird to respond and hopefully resolve quickly and expedisciously.
