Judgment of 2 February 2018 whereby the International Court of Justice fixed time-limits for the filing of written pleadings in the case concerning Land Boundary in the Northern Part of Isla Portillos and joined the two proceedings: Maritime Delimitation in the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean and Land Boundary in the Northern Part of Isla Portillos.



Arrêt du 2 février 2018 par laquelle la Cour internationale de Justice a fixé des délais pour le dépôt de pièces de procédure écrite en l’affaire relative à la Frontière terrestre dans la partie septentrionale d’Isla Portillos, et joint les deux instances, Délimitation maritime dans la mer des Caraïbes et l’océan Pacifique (Costa Rica c. Nicaragua) et Frontière terrestre dans la partie septentrionale d’Isla Portillos (Costa Rica c. Nicaragua).
