Diarrhea!
Bluebonnet targeted stress relief herbal formula supplement gave me diarrhea. All day and up in the night 3 times at least since I started it DOES not reduce stress! Cramping, too. Thought it was bad food but no. Didn't eat much or take the supplement for 2 days and bowels back to normal- until I took it again. There's no warning anywhere on the net. Hope this appears for others' sake.
