We get these for our 10-year-old who has a rare disease. The kiddie pull ups don't fit her anymore and the adult ones are too big. These fit well. We only use them at night when she sleeps. They do still leak through sometimes though. She used to leak through the kiddie pull ups as well, so that's nothing new.
