No parts replacement
Imagine that you spent nearly a thousand dollars on a commercial mixer just a few years ago, but now the beater attachment has broken. Without a whisk, you're unable to mix your batter, so you call the manufacturer to order a replacement. But it turns out that a new whisk is not available for sell as they only come with new mixers. So you feel forced to drop another grand on a new mixer, even though your old one works perfectly fine otherwise. This is how this manufacturer treats its buyers. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
