my new shed

Its a really good idea to make sjre and level rhe area you pla to use tbe sbed on. i would also suggest getting different pins to secure the feet to the ground. i wound up diggng in and laYing down four 8 foit pressure treated 4x4s at grade and then screwing the feet to those. i did this to keep from having to use sand bag weights on the corners for sturdiness in the wind. It took about an hour and a half to build by myself and im 63 so someone younger could be done quickerim sure. overall im hally wirh this and would get another if i needed mote storage. i opted for black for a nicer look but it gets hot inside quickerhoping it will be a little warmwe in rbe the winter and helping to shed the snow in the tbe winter. I wouldnt hesitate to buy and in my opinion its a better buy than tbe crap one harbor frieght sells.

Worth the money spent

This is a lightweight canopy/carport, the photo can be a little deceiving, photos appear to be a heavier rubber coated material when it is simply a lightweight tarp type of material. This will work for my intended purposes though, for now anyway. It is simply being used as a woodshed and gardening equipment. The tarp that I received is exceptionally tight and the sides were very difficult to attach. I anchored it down to some railroad ties with wood anchors instead of the 1/8th inch pins provided. Instructions have some dimensions, however, they are not accurate. I anchored the bases before fully constructing and placing the tarps and I had to reinstall the bases in different locations and re-anchor. I do not think the tarp sides will last very long, as the Velcro loops have already pulled loose from the vertical poles leaving holes in the sides. It was my original intention to replace with light-gauge metal panels in the next couple of years, but now it will likely be done this summer. I would also recommend placing this product in a place where winds can be blocked or at least slowed down by fencing, a house, or a tree line.

The good: It Looked nice. Plenty of room I had my vehicle an upright 33gal air compressor a small table and chair for a work area and my motorcycle all in there and able to move around easily. Easy to assemble, I did it by myself in a couple of hours. Now the bad. It says heavy duty, Not so much. The poles are rather thin. Little ball type bungee cords to hold it to the poles, and the anchor pins were getting bent by me putting them in the ground by my hands. Does that sound heavy duty? I live in North eastern Colorado which doesn't help because of the wind. Final thoughts: If it says heavy duty then it should be. Attaching the walls and roof to the polls need to be more than bungee cords, and the polls need to be thicker you know like heavy duty as it claims to be. Mine didn't last very long. Because of the strong winds and light duty poles, and bungee cords it ripped the eyelets out and the zippers from the tarp material. And it kept trying to blow away. I had to strap it down really good with a lot of rope and rachet straps everywhere. well the bent poles are still there but the rest got destroyed and disposed of. I didn't even have it a full 4 months. So if you don't get a lot of wind, rain, and hail this will work for you.
