I LOVE the Probiotic Beauty capsules! They are good quality, and I feel like they help my hair, digestion, and bloating. I don't see on the bottle that refrigeration is necessary, but I refrigerate mine anyway to keep them cool. I've tried several hair/skin/nail vitamins over the years and these are by far my favorite! I have bought these several times and will continue. It's also a full 30 day supply which I like. The only tiny draw back is they have a slight after taste but it usually disappears within an hour.
