These really helped rejuvenate my kidneys after I had a 4 day bout with kidney poisoning from drinking far too many chocolate malts. (I have a been diagnosed that my kidneys are scarred and did not realize that Milo mix and chocolate contain ingredients that are basically poisonous to people with kidney disease.)

Taste great and making a difference
I tried everything for my kidney stones and this is the first thing that has made a difference. My doctor had me do 24-hour urine tests and it was very acidic which is supposed to affect kidney stones. These helped my numbers tremendously and I haven't had one since I started taking them. I'm also hydrating way more than before. I couldn't stand just drinking water so this slightly flavors it. The key lime is great too!
