This product is fantastic as a salt replacement on your food. In water, it tastes kinda chalky. I prefer the flavored mixes for water and this in my salt shaker. It definitely has a slightly different taste to regular salt, but I have POTS and the symptom relief is unreal. It is expensive, but it saves me from having to buy salt tablets, magnesium supplements, and potassium supplements. Also, it helps support the liquid intake you need with these illnesses. Highly recommend.
