this is a very basic coffee maker, no bells and whistles but it does exactly what you needed to do. I recently bought a Hamilton Beach that died after 6 weeks of light use, that one was to replace my old Mainstay basic one that I had for years. when Hamilton Beach originally told me that I would need to pay them to ship me another one,( of equal or less quality they said) I went to Walmart online and ordered another Mainstays one. I'm very happy with it the only reason why I went online and not in the store was because they didn't have the white one in the store. do not hesitate if you're looking for a basic coffee maker this one is worth every penny

Gets water super hot, love it

I ordered 2 more -one for each bedroom. There's no auto timer but for the reasonable price you can put one on each guest(?) bedroom nightstand . You can prepare it with coffee and water the night before and just roll over and flip a switch while you snooze a bit more until your coffee is ready . It gets the water SUPER HOT so you can just drop a tea bag in the carafe if you prefer tea over coffee . I love Its clean pure white appearance, I highly recommend it.

i have nothing negative to say..... i just wish all coffee manners came with a pack of filters that work well with the coffee maker so i dont have to wonder if this filet or that filter will work best. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WALMART IT'S THE MANNERS WHOM SHOULD THINK OF THOSE THINGS😜
