This is not a luxury rug. It is very well made and perfect for my need. I have a senior Shihtzu and she slides on the hardwood floors. I have rugs leading to everytoom. The others are softer, this is perfect for long area to back door.The colors are very pretty, but will not show dirt. You will need caepet tape because it does slide.
