Good short cut.

We just tried this chicken for the first time. We used it for chicken taco salad. Almost everyone liked it. The texture wasn't as pleasing to the kids as it could have been. So My son fried it some to make it crispy for them. I liked it just fine. I think it's going to make good fajitas. We are going to buy more. It simply makes our cooking lives easier, it's quicker.
