During the coming millennium the history of the world will be shaped around the shores of the Pacific. The second fact is that three races will play the dominant part in this drama. These are the anglo-saxon, the Slavic, and the Chinese races. For weal or woe, these peoples, either in competi tion or in cooperation, will shape the course of events for centuries to come. America, which lies between the two oceans, seems destined to play a leading role in the world history during the next thousand years and may have much to do with the progress of the kingdom of God.
