Gatorade zero sugar thirst quencher is absolutely my favorite gatorade flavor, it is so refreshing and it really quenches my thirst and the fact that it is zero sugar is a bonus. I be so disappointed when I can' t find the berry flavor. I highly recommend this product.

These are good on the go. Taste great, zero sugar. However, I would not drink these to rehydrate after exercise. It does have a bit of sodium and potassium, but this is just not enough to bring all electrolytes back up. I usually grab one of these when I'm tired of drinking water,, or I'll grab a water and a Gatorade Zero and for every 3-5 sips of water, I'll take a sip of the Gatorade. Just preference really. Bottle is good size. I appreciate that the plastic is not flimsy like a lot of other drinks, so I don't end up wearing it in the car. Design is straightforward.
