Deebot 710 helps with daily cleaning chores

I've a previous Lidar-based Deebot 920, so I know what to compare this to. I wanted another Deebot for another floor, and found this on sale. This uses a camera sensor and Smart 2.0 navigation vs 3.0 navigation in the higher end Lidar models. It does not use Lidar and is not as efficient in the power usage. Otherwise, it cleans great. It cannot go as high as the higher end models, but it is able to clear most obstacles. It is able to cover more than 1000+ square meters before running to recharge. The bin is bigger than the Lidar models as it only vacuums, no mopping. I don't need this for mopping so I'm quite happy with the cleaning job. It produces a map of its cleaning so you know where it's gone. It was able to avoid going over stairs, and I use this on the second floor which is a mix of berber carpet and hardwood floors and bathroom tiles. It was able to clean like a champ. Walmart had a great sale price too. Two thumbs up!!!
