I bought this as a gift. I followed the gift set up instructions and it was so simple. After I set it up, my mom had no questions how to use it. She has told me dozens of times how much she loves it and has told me I need one too! She said it makes her smile.

I bought this for my Dad for his 87th birthday. He lives in Arizona, and I am in California, so I had it shipped to him. Due to the Covid19 crisis, getting together in person was not an option. Fortunately Aura lets you pre-load images on to the gift frame while it is in transit, before the recipient receives it and initializes it. I had about 50 of my dad's family and friends take selfies holding hand made signs that said "Happy Birthday". I uploaded those along with some other family photos on to the frame. I talked to my dad and told him he couldn't unwrap the gift until his birthday. On that day, my sister and I were on the phone with him while he unwrapped, initialized and then viewed the photos on the Aura. We had about 140 photos uploaded on it by the time he got it. He said that this was the most thoughtful birthday gift he has ever received. Needless to say, we felt like we were right there, and were able to celebrate his birthday together.
