Commercial grade Auto-Dial wall phone. 911 Auto-dial phones are ideal for airports, banks, business lobbies, swimming pools, schools, public places and more. It can be easily re-programmed to auto dial any number you wish (programming instructions inside).Program it locally or remotely by calling in to the telephone from another phone (e.g. cell phone) with dialpad. Instructions could not be followed (design goof)
Returned for inability to follow instructions. Device was described as programmable with included instructions, but the instructions did not say how to disconnect the ringer (an omission not so stated in the device description). Instructions themselves said unplug a cord from a circuit board, but the board and the cord jack were placed so that the plug could not be removed. Mounting instructions presuppose a junction box is already in place, and that assumption was not spelled out in the description. It should have been.
