Using this for detox along with fen works great. My problem was it is hard on the intestine or gut. I didnt feel bad it was just making me show a little blood. So it does work but to much on me. As far as capsules they are just a little big for me as I do have trouble with 1000mg . Trying others may help if you have these issues. Activated charcoal can be the alternative. Sorry for being personal but its honest.
