I heard about alginate and I wanted to try it, one of the things that I liked is that the capsule is a normal size and easy to swallow. I don't like big capsules and I think it's helping with my acid reflux. But I have to take it a little longer and update my review. But so far I have 0 side effects and it seems to be working.
