Best customer service!!

The system I got had two sockets for the NVME Ssd and I moved it to the other slot. The PC wouldn't boot. I thought the drive died. I emailed them for support and they quickly got me back on track. One slot is for 10th gen only (this cpu) and the other is for 11th gen (where I moved it to). This PC is great for gaming. It is real quiet. I added a gtx 1660ti and Im super happy! Great buy!!
