We purchased this for our 3 yr old grand-girl for her birthday and it was her favorite gift! It is easy to use and shoots out oodles of bubbles. Batteries already come installed. The packaging was not clear on that but is good to know. I'm recommending this to everyone with little kiddos that I know

Light up bubble wand

Easy for a 2 year old who is crazy about bubbles. Be aware the fan blower is on continuously until the switch is turned off and things can get quite wet. Best suited for outdoors. The bubbles start off tiny and profuse! The toddler will shake it a bit and the bubbles get larger and foam over the top. Quite fun for a little kid. Light can work without the fan.
