Quiet and Eliminates Odors

The range hood is quieter than anticipated and does an excellent job of eliminating cooking odors. We're very happy with the purchase.

Built well

Very little needed in terms of assembly and built very well. Install of the unit itself was a breeze (however I am a contractor and installed it in my own home during a full kitchen gut/reno). At the time of this review I haven't had it installed for long so I can't speak for durability but based on it's construction I don't foresee any issues. The remote it comes with is a nice feature so you don't have to look up under it to see what your pressing. My only "issues" would be that I wish the remote came with either a holder or was magnetized and that the installing instructions of the grill and drip tray are on the in maintenance section of the manual and not the installation. These aren't real issues just would be nice if GE addressed them.
