I have old white (grayish white hair that wants to frizz from dryness after using a rinse out conditioner. I've tried several. You don't need a rinse out conditioner with this. I just carefully pour it all over my shampooed hair ,ruffle it up, wrap a towel (it is liquid not leave in thick) so it drips a little. My hair is smooth and shiny and holds a pin curl after it dries.
