Our Hard Anodized collection is not only affordable but comes with a variety of benefits that include a nonstick coating, cool-touch aluminum handles, perfectly flat base and the brushed aluminum body featured in the entire collection. Hard Anodized aluminum is renowned for its efficiency with distributing heat quickly and evenly to the entire pan. Oven safe up to 430°F and dishwasher safe though hand washing is recommended. Included is a heat-tempered glass lid, featuring a built-in steam vent.
