With the metal splint positioned at 25 degrees and additional top side splint the wrist is protected from movements that can lead to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Wrist and Hand Measurement Guide: Measure circumference around the wrist joint: X-Small (4.5 - 5.25 inches), Small (5.5 - 6.25"), Medium (6.5 - 7.5"), Large (7.75 - 8.75"), X-Large (9 - 10"), XX-Large (10.25 - 11.25").
