Sudden Change is very good for under eye bags, however, remember to dab it under your eye when that area is dry. Do not put any moisturizer under the eye. That area must be dry in order for the Sudden Change to work. Once applied in the morning, it will last all day. I highly recommend this product. Walmart online has the best deals for purchasing this product.

Sudden Change really works!
A friend proved this to me before I ordered my own. She did one eye and left the other alone. Miraculous. I bought 4 bottles on my first order! Cheaper in quantities and it wont be wasted!
