Warm jacket for people who've difficulty with cold

This was a gift for my husband upon his request. First off he wears a 3X normally but I picked a 5X just to make sure of it fitting because I have a heated jacket and I know they run a little on the small side. So the fit worked out nicely and it works great at warming. The only issue we have had is the battery. It charges up to 4 blue lights which is a full charge but as soon as you unplug it from the charger the lights go down to 2 blue lights. We tried some troubleshooting options. He has actually let the fully charged battery stay on in the highest heat setting and let it run all the way down, which took about 2 hours as it laid on the couch. He charged the battery back up to 4 blue lights indicating a full charge and as soon as he unplugged it, the lights went down to only one! This in my opinion is just a defective battery and we may have to write the LeatherUp company and get a replacement. Otherwise he really likes his heated jacket! It was a nice purchase and pricewise was very competitive. If he had not had an issue with the battery, I would have given 5 stars.
