Much Better Than Pharmacueticals For Sleep!
Works great for no/limited side effects as a sleep aide without drugs. Melatonin is a natural hormone your body makes. 10mg is pretty strong and may cause grogginess when you wake up. A good Gauge is how much melanin you have naturally. I am caucasian, with a dark, olive skin tone and tan deeply, I take 1 -2 10mg depending on how awake I am. My wife is a "Ginger," with red hair and pale skin, and can get a sunburn on a cloudy day. She takes half of one. Take two, and she can't wake up without a double shot of espresso. Start with less, I am not a pharmacist, and this is only my experience. You are on your own.

The lemon helps settle the nerve endings plus helps calm me down to let the sleep product do it's job. Just follow the directions, don't drink anything an hr before going to bed or any caffeine and you will sleep well all night. I have recommended it to several friends n family.
