Very Balanced

The Vandal is the most balanced BBCOR we have swung. It's a great transition to the BBCOR bats from a -5. Plenty of pop. Swings lighter than you would expect. Great bat. It's new to us but there are no durability issues that I know of.

very light-swinging BBCOR

My son needed a BBCOR for Middle School ball this year and I was concerned about the extra weight. Did a bit of research and found this to be the best option which was actually available (voodoo one being brittle and back-ordered/missile 2 being an unknown at the time/just did not like the solo). His first swings in the cage, he swore the thing was lighter than his -5 cat composite which I pretty much wrote off as just a kid being excited about his new toy, but took a couple of swings myself and he may be right in terms of feel. He has put a lot of swings on this bat between the cage and games and, aside from scuffs and some scratches, durability has not been and does not appear will be an issue. It does have a very high-pitched loud ping-almost too much when hitting in the garage (do with that what you will-I'm sure some will love the sound and others will hate hit). As far as pop, it is better than expected-particularly given the swing-weight. If your kid can handle an end-loaded monster, you are not looking for this bat, but if your kid is new to BBCOR or just needs one for a few school games, this bat is a fantastic option.
