In the last month I have assembled 4 of these 12' half cassette awnings. All was well AFTER I realized that the motor end of the awning is assembled incorrectly at the factory. The power cord and antennae would be coming out the top of the cassette without changing the motor 90 degrees . But the first one I had trouble getting the bolts in since there are two different positions on the plate. I am now taking that awning down and redoing that end. The final three I was able to get the position correct. Now we'll see tomorrow if I can program the remotes. No help from Aleko I called on MLK day sent pictures and a request to call me but nothing.
