Attwood SL29601 21-36.3 in. C 60 Gas Spring, Black

I would not recommend purchasing from Performance Guarantee, I'd give them zero stars if I could, VERY DISSAPOINTIG. They sent me what appeared to be a RETURNED or USED shock that was scratched up in several places. Also there were missing "very important" and necessary pin clips not included in my order on either of the two shocks I received. When I make any purchase on line or in person, I expect to receive BRAND NEW products from vendors if I'm paying for a new product, unless otherwise specified. After dealing with two different people in there customer service department with multiple emails about ways to remedy the situation, they offered me two options on weather to be given half credit and keep the shock, or return it and receive a replacement shock along with my missing clips. I would have gladly returned the scratched up, used looking shock, so I chose the return option and asked for a replacement shock to be sent to me along with the missing clips. They told me to discard the damaged shock and then did the exact opposite and refunded me for one shock, and no replacement shock would be sent as well as the missing pin clips. I felt like I was being blown off by these people with no respect, and were unwilling to fulfill my very simple and reasonable request from the very beginning. I just wanted a replacement shock and the four missing pin clips that hold them in place. They suggested me re-ordering the replacement shock with the refund, but after the way they've handled this matter through there customer service, I will no longer do business with them now, or in the future ever again. I don't know who's at fault for this error, Walmart or Performance Guarantee. I could have purchased these exact same shocks from a number of places on line for the very same price, but chose Walmart because of their reputation and easy return policies. But after this experience I'm not sure it was the correct decision. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED...
