The mask works beautifully. Follow the instructions regarding having a freshly clean face and placing a hot wet towel out rag on the face for the best results. I used the mask on my unclean face and a clean, hot toweled readied face, just to see the difference. Having a prepared clean face really got the results I was looking for.
