Probably the best Vitamin B supplement

My husband's doctor recommended these to him and suggested I also take them. We are active seniors and the doctor explained these would give added energy all around well being. Unlike other vitamin gummies these have a pleasant taste and texture, which makes them easy to chew. We haven't noticed any earth shattering changes physically but figure we are better taking them than not. If Vitamin B is recommended to you I would definitely suggest these.
